Although Projecta invests a great deal of care in the quality of all of its products and packaging, it is possible for a product to be defective upon arrival. In the unlikely event this happens, Projecta aims to offer you a quick and adequate solution.

Use the form below to register a return shipment. A completed form implies that you accept the warranty provisions and the general terms and conditions of returns. A form that is completed in its entirety will be sent immediately to the sales consultants at Projecta and you will receive a response within one working day.This response will indicate whether or not the products may be returned and if so, it will state the RMA number corresponding to the return shipment. Your request has not been approved until you receive an official confirmation of your return with corresponding RMA number. As soon as you receive the RMA number, it is important that this number is clearly marked in a visible manner on the product packaging. It is possible that you will be asked for additional information in order to receive final approval for an RMA, such as photos.
