Projecta has been focusing on ceiling recessed projection screens for a number of years and the Descender (RF) Electrol has proven its value as an attractive and functional built-in projection screen. When a screen is needed but not visible until it is used, the electrically operated Descender (RF) Electrol is an excellent solution. Now the Descender (RF) Electrol is available in a tab tensioned version. With a parabolic tab tensioned projection surface, the Tensioned Descender (RF) Electrol provides a high quality and perfectly flat viewing area every time it is integrated.
Why Tensioned?
We focus on innovative tab tensioned projection screen for the following reasons:
• Always a guaranteed flat projection surface.
• A tensioned projection surface can withstand changes in temperature and humidity better than a non-tensioned surface.
• The resilience of the tensioned material will result in an even longer life cycle of the product.
• When detail in projection is necessary in, for instance, medical or design applications, a perfectly flat tensioned surface is necessary.
What is special about the Projecta tab tensioned projection materials?
• We use special non-supported materials that are specifically designed for this application.
• The parabolic shaped projection surface is cut after special computer calculation. Every size has its own parabolic shape to achieve the best result. This calculation also holds future tensioning into account when defining the curvature, so the screen material stays flat over years to come.
